What menu options are available?
Choose regional cuisine or a personalised menu, subject to availability. Ask about the Dzul or Huinik dinner options and let the team know about any dietary requirements when planning your event.
Is a menu tasting included?
Yes. A menu tasting is included once your event is booked and the proposed wedding dishes have been coordinated.
What tables are included in the base price?
Table arrangements depend on your guest count. Options include round tables for 10 guests or rectangular tables for smaller weddings. You can choose your preferred arrangement.
Are chairs, tableware, glassware and full setup included?
The wedding includes tables, chairs, glassware, setup, staff and coordination. Glasses for a toast are provided when a toast is included.
What decorations are included?
Decorations include table centrepieces and candles along the railings. When a ceremony is booked, decoration of the ceremony area is also included.
Which decorations cost extra?
Your event can be quoted to suit your preferences. Additional decorations, extra vases, specific flowers or a guest photo area can be added to the proposal.

Are cocktails included?
Cocktail service is an optional extra, quoted according to the number of wedding guests.
Can we extend the event, and what does an extra hour cost?
The planned event duration is four hours, from guests’ arrival to departure. We recommend 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. An additional hour costs MXN 35,000.
Is the Maya ceremony included in the per-person price?
The Maya ceremony is booked separately. Options include a Maya wedding ceremony with traditional dance or a blessing ceremony with dance. It is quoted as a single service, regardless of the guest count.
Are there additional setup, dismantling or cleaning charges?
Setup, dismantling, suppliers, rentals and cleaning are included in the wedding price.
Are vegan and vegetarian meals available?
Vegan and vegetarian guests can enjoy chaya tamales made with local corn dough, vegetable oil and freshly picked chaya leaves, served with tomato sauce.

What deposit is required to secure a date?
Event payments are divided into three instalments. The first secures your date; the contract sets out the second payment and the final payment due before arrival.
What are the cancellation and change policies?
Before booking, review the cancellation and change conditions for your wedding in the event proposal and contract. Contact our coordination team if you need clarification.
