Orders are booked exactly as selected at the time of purchase. Our system does not allow subsequent modifications, so please review your order carefully.
Once you complete your purchase, we will email your order details within a maximum of 24 hours.
Your reservation is finalised once payment has been received in our account. Please read the cancellation policy below.

Payment Policies

Online payments.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include debit or credit cards, PayPal and Mercado Pago, depending on the experience and availability. Follow the instructions from your selected payment provider and keep your transaction receipt.
Once payment has been received in our account, we will send a payment confirmation email and another email with your reservation number.

Other payment methods.
For cash payments or bank transfers, confirm the arrangements directly with our team before booking. Do not pay using a method that is not listed as available or has not been confirmed by our team.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our experiences are personalised and exclusive, we do not accept cancellations after the sale has been confirmed.
