For this guided tour it is necessary to come with comfortable clothing, sandals, or comfortable walking shoes that will enable you to walk among gravel and the wooden corridors inside the cavern. This is a highly comfortable descent made within platforms and steps of maximum 18 cm in height which makes for a smooth and easy journey for seniors.

How to get there

We are located in a Magical Town in Mexico nestled between 4 of the most prominent archaeological sites in Mexico, just 45 km from the New Seven Wonders of the World, Chichen Itza, 20 km from the Archaeological Zone of Ekbalam, 40 km from the Archaeological Zone of Coba and 100 km from the Archaeological Zone of Tulum. This allows you to stay, wake up with us and enjoy several days of very interesting tours where you will discover one of the most affluent regions in Mayan Culture of this great Mayan World in the most pleasant way. COME AND EXPERIENCE IT!!!

Strengthening Families IAP Association

It is a civil association that supports the Single Mothers of Mayan Families in a state of vulnerability. Zazil Tunich has allied with the Mayan community and the Strengthening of Families Association so that everything they produce can be part of our project: hammocks, honey, handicrafts, as well as organic products for the preparation of our Mayan Cuisine.
